The Gender War

What do girls or might I say women most like to discuss? Might I say boys or men? Although to me they appear to be one in the same. As you might well know, it's very difficult to differentiate the boys from the men. Fellas no disrespect; just stating a fact from the "Women's Collection Of Experiences" soon to be released. Maybe you'll agree, if you're a woman.
Even when we’re babies there's this gender war that takes place, you know, the one where someone decided all boys must wear blue and all girls must wear pink! The battle begins before we can even walk or talk. How about that? This war began in the beginning of time with Adam and Eve in what I call "Shifting the Blame" ( Genesis 3:1-8).
When Satan conversed with Eve saying, "Yea, hath God said, ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And Eve replied, "We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest yet die. And the serpent said unto Eve "Ye shall not surely die; for God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. And Eve saw that the tree was good for food and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat and gave also unto her husband with her and he did eat. Then when they were busted ; God called unto Adam, and said unto him, where art thou? And Adam said "I heard thy voice walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself".
First, of all this particular verse blows my mind. It states "And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden." First of all, do you know how big God has to be wherein you could hear his voice walking? That alone boggles my mind!!!
Then Adam immediately states in Genesis 3:12 - And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. The initial command was given to Adam ( Genesis 2:16-17 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die ) and yet when he was confronted with the situation, he didn’t state to his wife that God said we can’t eat of the fruit of the tree in the midst of the garden, he instead blamed her.
No wonder there’s a gender war!!! This is where all the trouble started -- the fall of man, direct disobedience to God. Perhaps, if they had been a couple I could speak to today, I might have had some choice words for them. Because I am not supposed to be working, my husband would have dominion over all things, I wouldn't be working by the sweat of my brow, dealing with office politics by the truck loads, raising two children alone, I would be walking around with fig leaves on (a perfect size 6), eating fruit all day, just chilling. But no! I get up everyday just like the rest of America and give some company a good 12 hours of my time. You see, we don't count getting up at 6 a.m. and getting home about 6 p.m. - that's 12 hours!!! I’ve witnessed people commuting for two-three hours to get to work. Now that’s insanity!!
